As Basic Books prepares to release the paperback version of my Climatopolis, I thought that my mom would enjoy this. She didn't like the book but maybe she will like the back cover (see below)? This book is going to age well. Folks are waking up that adaptation is a rational response to an ambiguous threat. We are not passive victims. Instead, we control our destiny. Individuals and firms, not governments, will lead this effort and all urbanites will enjoy a better standard of living because of these self interested efforts.
